This entails a completely separated and isolated production area, with strict cleaning procedures and safety measurements to avoid contamination.

Procedures

  • Special machine with a metal detector
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Reels have no contact with the ground
  • No paper preparations outside of the machine to keep everything clean
  • Employees wear masks, helmets, clean uniform, production shoes and they are not allowed to wear jewellery, watches, etc.
  • Employees are obligated to eat and drink outside, they can have only water with themselves
  • Working space should be clean: no oil in the ground, no bags or private stuff there
  • Windows are closed not to have any insects in the production
